Francis went to the courts yesterday the 10th, to plead for our case again with our attorney to get an injuction. The lawyer for the other side still requested more time to build his case concerning the land issue. they are still insisitng that the land is grabbed and we have attained it not the legal way. Yet we have all documents allowing us to used the land to our pleasure. I think they are trying to buy time so they complete their project, but we as MITS are looking at all this in a really positive way. The judges' ruling might be in our favor or not, but all in all, we know the land belong to God and for his purpose only. Look at it this way, we might not need funds to build at that site becuase they would already have built it for us....ha!The court was adjourned till December 2nd. Lets still be in prayers about this.
