Court hearing update!

Francis visited the courts again this Thursday morning. He was told that all the proceedings and the final decision by the judge was not yet typed. Apparently this is a process that happens in courts. The verdict has to be typed before the judge reads it out as verdict. So this means the case was again adjourned till January 21st 2009. Not sure how to react to this, but still we have the ministry to worry about, its growth, the students knowing God bright futures to be molded. This is just a set back. Thanks for your continued prayers.

Today, in Eastleigh, a party raves the property. A party is being held for boys who come to the programs from the streets. Some of the MITS students have gone to help out and entertain.

From the outcome of the soccer tournament that was taking place in Eastleigh this week, Jam street Base has once again won the cup. This is a base consisting of older boys.

Yesterday the city council was in Eastleigh, trying to do a clean up of all the sewer system. Those of us who have has the chance to visit our center in Eastleigh really know how the area has issues with drainage/sewer systems. So this is an act of the government. All alley ways are to be cleared, this included our own, so Anthony and Kennedy has to pull down the dog shed, and the dining room we had constructed in the alley way. The good this is the council gave them time to pull the structures down themselves instead of bulldozing through it.

this is a link if a pic of the alley in our property in Eastleigh. Jane is having a class with the kids of the mothers who come to the program.

Hi Moses...Everyone is learning about patience when it comes to the court's decision. All we can do is keep praying for a just decision. Let me know if that comet hits your house any time soon:-)...Larry
